UDOKU — Medicine Label

• Step 1: Select the printer type. The label size follows the printer automatically.
• Step 2: Search for the medicine name.
• Step 3: Choose the frequency. Label will auto-update.
• Step 4: Button turns green when ready. Click "Print Label" and set printer margins to "None". Printing is only allowed when the button is green.

LUMOKU — QR Code Label

• Step 1: Select the printer type. The label size follows the printer automatically.
• Step 2: Select Instruction, then Dose + Unit, then Frequency.
• Step 3: If multiple versions exist for the same selection, a Multiple Versions Found prompt will appear — you must select one before the QR is generated.
• Step 4: QR code will appear in the preview. Button turns green when ready. Click "Print Label". Printing is only allowed when the button is green.
• Tip: Click the table_view icon next to Instruction to browse and select from all available entries.

Q: Why is the print blank?
A: Ensure margins are set to 'None' or 'Minimum' in print settings.

Q: Can I add new medicines to UDOKU?
A: Yes. Ask the system administrator to add them to the UDOKU database. New data appears automatically within 10 minutes, or press Sync to load it now.

Q: Can I add new entries to LUMOKU?
A: Yes. Ask the system administrator to add them to the LUMOKU database (fields: Arahan, Dos, Unit, Frekuensi, Catatan, Link).

Q: Why is the LUMOKU dropdown empty?
A: The data may still be loading — wait a few seconds. If it cannot be loaded, a red message appears above the Instruction field explaining why. Check your internet connection and press Sync.

Q: What do "Data dikemas kini" and "Data baharu tersedia" mean?
A: "Data dikemas kini" (under the settings title) shows when the data was last checked against the database. The system checks automatically every 10 minutes. "Data baharu tersedia" means the database was updated while you were preparing a label — your label is not changed. Press Sync to use the new data now; otherwise it is used automatically once no label is in progress.

Q: What is the FiSiCien printer option?
A: It switches the label size to 8 x 6 and applies a preset label position for FiSiCien printers. Use the X/Y sliders to fine-tune.

Q: What does "Multiple Versions Found" mean in LUMOKU?
A: It means there are different QR links for the same instruction, dose and frequency — each pointing to a different video. You must select the correct version before printing.

Q: How do I know which version to pick in LUMOKU?
A: Each version is labelled based on the Catatan field in the LUMOKU database. Check with your pharmacist or system admin if unsure.

Q: Why is the Print button still red after selecting everything in LUMOKU?
A: If multiple versions exist, you must select a version from the "Multiple Versions Found" options before the button turns green.

Q: Can I add new entries to LUMOKU with multiple versions?
A: Yes. The system administrator adds entries with the same Arahan, Dos, Unit and Frekuensi but a different Link and Catatan. The system will automatically detect and show the version selector.
